<p>To assist the Head of Compliance in achieving and maintaining a continuous high level of compliance and customer service within the firm.</p>
<h2>Key tasks</h2>
<ul>
<li>To assist with opening, maintaining &#038; closing files </li>
<li>To assist with acknowledging complaints enclosing policy and procedure</li>
<li>To assist with circulation and follow up of 28 day report</li>
<li>To assist with monthly file reviews – i.e. that the follow up actions have been dealt with, signed off and </li>
<p>placed on the file and central file</li>
<li>To assist in carrying out call quality audits and reporting any performance issues to HOC and HR</li>
<li>To assist in typing of transcripts of calls in respect of complaint files</li>
<li>To report to and liaise with Directors in absence of HOC</li>
<li>Any assistance with Lexcel</li>
<li>Any other ad-hoc duties relating to compliance and risk management</li>

<p><strong>Key responsibilities and accountabilities: </strong></p>
<p>Working on various Proclaim development projects as required by the business and to agreed timescales. Appropriate delegation and supervision of Proclaim development projects to junior members.</p>
<p>Programs Case Management Software (Proclaim), creating workflows, screens, tasks lists and template for a range of different departments.</p>
<p>Integrating the proclaim system with 3rd party applications. I.e. medical agency</p>
<p>Working closely with all departments building effective Proclaim reports to be able to analyse areas of the business where we need to improve.</p>
<p>Provides support for all case management and database related issues. Assists the Service Desk and takes ownership of such calls until resolution or escalation.</p>
<p>Provides effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and provides back-up and support to the Head of IT. </p>
<p>Supporting and maintaining the Microsoft Desktop and server operating systems and general maintenance of all IT-related hardware/software.</p>
<p>Other ad-hoc duties as reasonably required by the business. </p>

<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>We seek an accomplished and high calibre Clinical Negligence solicitor who has the capacity to handle a diverse and challenging caseload to a very exacting timescale. With a PQE in the region of 4 to 6 years, you will have had outstanding exposure to complex and varied clinical negligence matters within a similar role, and will have a particular flair for claimant work. You will quickly become an integral part of this busy and cohesive team, and will be supervised by senior members where necessary. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hardworking, results-orientated individual.<br />

The Candidate</strong></p>

<li>At least 4 years PQE gained in a clinical negligence role;</li>
