An engineering firm has been fined after a worker was badly injured when one of its machines caught him by the neck.

A 35-year-old man suffered a severe leg injury after being in an accident with a lorry on Saturday night. The man was hit by the HGV outside the Alma Lodge hotel on Buxton Road in Great Moor just before 8pm.
