International Women’s Day – A chat with Tracy
Ahead of International Women’s Day, we are celebrating some of the women that make Hampson Hughes. In the spotlight today, is Tracy Bond. Tracy is Head of the Personal Injury department, with responsibility for the overall operational and financial performance of the Personal Injury and Costs Department.
Tracy has been with Hampson Hughes since January 2019. She talks through her career to date:
Tracy Bond, Head of Personal Injury:
I have over 25 years’ experience in law. After leaving college i started my career as a Court Clerk, gaining valuable advocacy and litigation experience before spending 12 years as a Personal Injury Fee Earner/Team Leader dealing with Fast Track and Multi Track claims;
I have been employed in Operations Management roles for the past 12 years;
My greatest career achievement was being part of a bid/tender team which successfully tendered for a multi-million pound contract with one of the largest motorcycle brokers in the UK;
Outside of work i enjoy relaxing in my hot tub with a G&T and reading crime/thriller fiction. I’m also a big sports fan – LFC, St Helens RLFC, cricket, boxing, pretty much anything apart from snooker!
