£1,640 awarded in compensation for Road Traffic Accident

Our client was proceeding along Rice Lane in Liverpool when the defendant, who was driving a black BMW negligently, performed a U turn when it was unsafe resulting in a collision with our clients Ford Focus.

Our client suffered from soft tissue damage and discomfort to his neck and back. Liability was admitted and a premedical offer was put forward which our Client accepted.

A total of £1,650 was awarded in compensation.
