£25,000 secured for fall over defective pavement

Hampson Hughes Solicitors have successfully secured £25,000 for a client after he sustained injuries when he fell over uneven paving slabs on Martin Lane, Rochdale.

During the fall, our client broke his hip and was hospitalised for 10 days. His injuries were long-lasting.

At first, the defendant, Rochdale Boroughwide Housing initially offered £20,000 but the sum was negotiated up to £25,000.
