Our client was proceeding along Lodge Lane, Liverpool, when the defendant who was driving a ford focus failed to pay due care and attention whilst turning right at a junction causing a collision with our client’s vehicle.

Our client suffered soft tissue damage with discomfort to her neck, back and shoulders along with headaches for six months. She also suffered from psychological symptoms such as shock and severe travel anxiety for a number of weeks. She was also unable to attend the gym due to her injuries.
