£4,319 Awarded Due To Road Traffic Accident

Sapna was travelling in a car along A240 in London with her two children when the defendant who was driving a Volkswagen, failed to give way which caused a collision with the client’s correctly proceeding vehicle. Both the Defendant and the Client’s vehicle were damaged as a result.

Sapna suffered whiplash injuries which lasted 10 months and required physiotherapy to help with her recovery.
