At the time of the incident our client was at a nightclub in Newcastle for a friend’s birthday. She slipped on broken glass, causing her to fall backwards onto her bum.

Our client, sustained a laceration to her right buttock which required stitches. She was unable to sit in comfort and spent most of her time laying on her front. As a result of this, our client had to take two weeks off work. Following on from the incident, our client’s wound has healed leaving a scar which will need treatment to improve its appearance.
