£1,323.50 Compensation Secured for Whiplash Injuries
Hampson Hughes Solicitors’ Road Traffic Accident (RTA) team recently secured personal injury compensation for a client who suffered whiplash injuries in a non-fault road accident.
Incident
The claimant was stationary at traffic lights when the defendant failed to stop and collided with the rear of her vehicle.
Injuries
Our client sustained whiplash injuries to their neck and back. She normally takes part in frequent (3-4 times each week) leisure activities. These were prevented by her symptoms for four weeks. She also found cleaning, shopping and vacuuming were more strenuous for up to two weeks
after the accident.
Successful outcome
On this occasion we managed to secure a total of £1,323.50 in personal injury compensation for our client.
