£5,071 for accident involving a cyclist

Ms Lunt, a cyclist, was involved in an accident on Seaforth Road in Liverpool where a motorist pulled out of a side road, not giving way to our client, so colliding with her.

Ms Lunt was treated for soft tissue damage and whiplash injuries at Aintree NHS Foundation Hospital and was left with discomfort to her neck, back and the left side of her body.

We secured a total of £5,071 in compensation for Ms Lunt following the accident.
