Scaffolder awarded £18,250 after a Workplace Accident

Hampson Hughes Solicitors have settled an Accident at Work claim resulting in £18,250 compensation.

The client was working on scaffolding when he hit his head on a newly fitted pipe he wasn’t aware of. He suffered a fractured nose and soft tissue injuries to his fingers and neck. He also lost two teeth and was knocked unconscious as a result of the Accident at Work.

The medical expert who examined our client for the purposes of the claim recommended that he was to be further referred to a consultant ENT surgeon.
