£3,605 in compensation for rear-end collision

Our client was stationary in his Mercedes-benz in traffic when the Defendant who was driving a Vauxhall Corsa failed to stop and drove into the rear of our client’s vehicle.

As a result of the incident, our client suffered soft tissue damage to his back, neck and shoulders. He reported that his usual activities of garden and housework were restricted as a result of the accident.
