£1,700 awarded for Non-Fault Road Traffic Accident

The Defendant had crossed a give way line at a junction but had to suddenly reverse as there was oncoming traffic which caused a collision with our client’s vehicle.

Following on from the incident, our client suffered from soft tissue injuries to her neck and right shoulder. She also reported to have suffered from stress, loss of sleep and severe nervousness when driving as she was six months pregnant at the time of the accident.

A total of £1,700 was awarded in compensation.
