£8,684 in compensation for passenger involved in a Road Traffic Accident

Hampson Hughes Solicitors have successfully secured compensation for a client involved in a Road Traffic Accident on Park Road, Liverpool.

Our client was a passenger in a taxi, when the defendant who was driving a Vauxhall Astra pulled out of a side road when it was unsafe and collided with the taxi.

Our client suffered whiplash type injuries to his neck back and shoulder. He also sustained an injury to his right ankle which required physio to aid the recovery. Following on from the incident our client was unable to take part in his usual activities of football and running,
