£5,383 secured in compensation for Workplace Accident

Our client was in the course of his employment in Liverpool when a radiator fell from a wall onto his foot. Our client attended A&E where an xray was performed and he was treated with a splint.

Our client, could not put pressure on his foot for three to four weeks. He also suffers from throbbing discomfort to his left big toe when standing for long periods. He had to take two weeks of work following on from the accident and his usual activities of football and boxing have been severely restricted.

A total of £5,383 was secured in compensation.
