Non-fault collision
Our client was a passenger in a stationary car at the time of the incident. The defendant was travelling in their car and failed to stop, colliding with the rear of a third vehicle. Upon impact, the third vehicle shunted into the car in which our client was a passenger.
Whiplash injuries
The claimant sustained whiplash injuries to their neck and back, however they did not recover in line with a prognosis they received and so further medical evidence was needed. Our client recovered within 2 months from the date of the accident in terms of their neck injury and injuries to their back took 12 months recovery in total.
