Bus Driver awarded £1,750 after Workplace Accident
Hampson Hughes Solicitors have successfully recovered £1,750 in compensation for our client after he suffered a work place accident.
Our client works as a bus driver, he was getting into the drivers cabin on the bus when the assault screen attached to the door cut his right forearm as he was getting in.
As a result, he suffered a laceration to his right forearm. The wound took more than two months to heal and he has been left with a pale pink scar which is easily seen after he has been in the sun. The Medical Expert anticipates that it will take about 3-4 years from the time of the injury for the pigment cells to mature and repopulate the pale area.
As a result of the Accident of Work, our client was awarded £1,750 in compensation.
Commenting on the successful outcome of the case, our client said: ‘’I would like to thank all of Hampson Hughes for your help guidance support and advice”.
