Incident
The Defendant failed to maintain a safe braking distance when driving along Nechells Lane in Wednesfield when they collided with the rear of a stationary third party vehicle. Our client, Miss Gursimran Matharu, was a passenger in the Defendant’s vehicle at the time of the incident.
Injuries
Miss Matharu sustained whiplash injuries to her neck and left shoulder, as well as stomach pains, during the collision. Her symptoms lasted a total of 3 months after the incident.
