£3,500 awarded following non-fault car accident
Our team of road traffic accident solicitors secured compensation for a client involved in a car accident on Upper Stanhope Street in Liverpool. Ms Lancaster was one of two passengers travelling in a car when another vehicle hit them from behind on the driver’s side.
As a result of the collision, Ms Lancaster sustained injuries to her neck and back, which lasted for a period of ten months. She also sustained injuries to her knees, which took eight weeks to recover from.
The third party left the scene, failing to provide their contact details. The firm was therefore unable to claim against the untraced driver. As a result, our team pursued a claim via The Motor Insurers’ Bureau which provides compensation in cases against uninsured and untraced drivers.
We secured a total of £3,500 in compensation from the Motor Insurers’ Bureau.
Commenting on the service she received from Hampson Hughes Solicitors, Ms Lancaster said:
“Thank you to Hampson Hughes Solicitors for representing me during my claim. I’m really happy with the pay-out I received.”
