£3,968 in compensation for passenger involved in Road Traffic Accident

Our client was a passenger in her friend’s vehicle, which was stationary at a set of traffic lights on Walton Road, Liverpool when the defendant who was driving a Silver Vauxhall failed to stop and collided with the rear of our clients vehicle.

Our client suffered from soft tissue damage to her wrist and whiplash type injuries to her neck, back and shoulders. She also suffered from travel anxiety as a result of the incident. The medical expert recommended physiotherapy to aid our client’s recovery.

She also reported that her usual tasks of childcare, cooking, DIY, lifting items and sleep had been moderately restricted.

Liability was admitted from the outset and a total of £3,968 was awarded in compensation.
